Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Engage with customers to understand their concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and customer support skills.
  • Contribute feedback from customers to improve our services and support procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
  • Experience in technical support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated, team player with a willingness to learn.
