Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our services as the best solution.
  • Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handovers and provide feedback on lead quality.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven track record in business development, client-facing roles, or sales, preferably in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience in business development, including client attraction strategies and lead generation.
  • The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for maximum results.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Experience with the MENA region will be an advantage.
