Our client is an international gambling platform, operating across 14 countries with over 2,000 employees. They're looking for Head of Media specialising in Azerbaijan region, who will spearhead regional strategy, market development, and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to local audiences.
- Manage all marketing operations, including payments, channels, and brand positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, analytics, and global teams.
- Establish and grow a local marketing team over time.
- Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities and optimizing market performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in gambling, betting, or casino industries.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of local marketing channels and consumer behavior.
- Initiative & Leadership: A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
- Languages: English or Russian.
- Experience in Azerbaijan market.
