- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in Customer Support is advantageous.
- A TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and distributing train tickets (Thai / English) to customers who make reservations through our website.
- Resolving customer issues via phone, email, or social media. (Thai/English).
- Providing assistance to customers and operators in obtaining the information they require.
- Communicate with other departments to accommodate their needs.
- Providing customers with trip details and travel advice, including updating information with the team when operators contact us.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day with a one-hour break.
- Shift: 15:00 - 00:00
- Days Off: 2 days per week
